Alessio Bonacina

Logistics Manager

Alessio Bonacina

He started his career in 1996 in the Customer Administration area and then Purchasing Dept of a large multi-channel beverage distributor.
In 1999 he became Logistics Manager of a BU of the Heineken-Partesa Group, acquiring codified skills to standards at the top of the sector; created analysis and mapping models of logistics processes optimized in terms of maximum operating efficiency and minimization of invested capital.
In 2004 he was Partner and Co-founder of Progettica, taking the leadership of the Logistics Competence Center, mainly geared toward Horeca wholesalers. Among the main activities developed: mapping models and analysis of main logistics-related economic and productivity indicators; layout revision and implementation; implementation of Wms software; distribution models (including multi-deposit and transit-point); support to customers' Logistics Managers for the implementation of proposed projects.




Maurizio Odelli

Maurizio Odelli

He began working in the Commercial Dept of Nestlé-San Pellegrino in 1998, dealing with purchasing groups, mapping and analyzing commercial processes, measuring product-mix productivity indexes, then moving to the sales management of top customers. with National Key Account roles.
In 2001 he became Commercial Manager of a BU of the Heineken-Partesa Group and reorganized its commercial policy, through a peculiar approach to market through sub-channels management. In the years 2003-2004, he joined the executive team of an important regional food distribution company.
He is Partner and co-founder of Progettica and responsible for the Commercial Competence Center, with particular reference to the sales network diagnostics, commercial audit and product / channel / margin matrix models.




Damiano Possenti

Damiano Possenti

Degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan and, after a few years of professional experience, Master at the Columbia University in New York; work experience in the UK, Germany and the USA.
In 1995 he joined Partesa (Heineken Group), becoming Trade Marketing and then Marketing Manager and CEO responsibilities of an operating company in Trieste. In 2000 he moved to Heineken, managing the Moretti brand (Italy and abroad) and Ichnusa. Subsequently he became Change Manager, responsible for a complex sales organization revamp with re-engineering of commercial processes. In 2005 he moved to the United States, working for Heineken USA-division SBI.
Since 2009 he had been at Lavazza as a Business Developer, managing numerous acquisitions in Italy and abroad. In 2011 he run a product line for Europe and the launching in North America of a system co-developed with a US partner (Keurig-Green Mountain). In 2015 he joined the innovation team, responsible for the creation of new products and services.
He is a Progettica partner since 2018 and is the head of the Industry BU.




Alberto Scola

Alberto Scola

Born professionally in 1982 as an entrepreneur in the Ho.Re.Ca. and Modern Trade distribution, drove his company to a turnover of € 15m in just a few years. He became an active member and opinion leader with important roles in the management committees of beverage distributor consortia. In 1999 he became CEO of a major Partesa (Heineken Group) Business Unit focused on the AFH market.
In 2004 he founded Progettica, which today is the main consultancy in the Horeca channel. From 2007 to 2011 he was also CEO and President of CH&F, a troubled food distribution company (€80 m turnover) of which he successfully managed the turnaround.
He is co-founder and president of Progettica and responsible for the strategic planning area.





Furthermore, the Management Control and Financial Planning area is coordinated by Moreno Grasso, a highly experienced manager. He started as a credit manager and then administration and control manager of a medium-size furniture company. In 1990 he joined the CONAD group in Lombardy as head of management control and then also as director of the Information Systems. Subsequently he operated in large logistics companies such as AFC Manager and HR Director. Also, he worked for the main consortium of manufacturers of bakery machines, implementing the company ERP and overseeing the budgeting, management control and analytical accounting process. In Progettica since 2004.
