What we do

We work alongside distributors and CPG food companies to improve efficiency at various levels of the organization, enter new markets, reorganize sales, develop new products. In short, we accelerate growth. We have developed proprietary models to optimize logistics, finance and management control, commercial and sales areas that have led our distributor customers to achieve significant advantages in terms of efficiency and profitability. We also built proprietary horeca channel management models for the FMCG industry.

Studies and research

Over the years we have built a quite unique database with very wide coverage of the AFH sector. We produce an extremely timely observatory on a monthly basis with main market indicators, and we carry out studies and surveys that allow us to read the macrophenomena of the out-of-home in a pragmatic key. We help our customers to benchmark themselves with market leaders, to quickly check their performance and to make decisions based on elements that are as objective as possible.
